The RSK Group is looking to recruit a part time Office Administrator for the Glasgow office. This is a permanent part time role of 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Typing reports and correspondence including collating electronic documents
- Reception duties and welcoming visitors
- Communications with building facilities management team
- Telephone answering and message taking
- Support services for staff, including travel and hotel bookings, appointments and diary management
- Filing and dealing with archiving including scanning of documents
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Keeping meeting room facilities in good order, including preparing tea and coffee
- Monitoring supplies of stationery, postage, consumables and refreshments, ordering items as required
- To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your level of capability without additional remuneration.

- Organisational skills
- Accurate typing, numeracy and data entry
- Experience of using O365 including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- First aid qualification is beneficial, although training will be given
Salary and Benefits
- £13,250 - £14,000 based on 20 hours per week (£26,500 - £28,000 FTE)
