We are seeking a commercially minded and charismatic Finance Business Partner to join our Environmental Consultancy division (circa 30 business units). This is a high-impact role, partnering closely with the Divisional Finance Director and senior leadership team to drive performance, provide insight, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing robust financial insight and helping to shape the financial performance of the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful financial analysis and commentary on business unit performance. Identify key drivers and provide actionable recommendations to Managing Directors and Divisional Operations Directors.
  • Forecasting: Lead and support robust revenue and cost forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing clear visibility of expected performance.
  • Decision Support: Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • External Audit: Support the delivery of high-quality and timely audit processes in collaboration with the Divisional Finance Director and local teams.
