Binnies , an RSK company, is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our growing team, overseeing Cyber Security activities for Binnies UK (700+ staff) and Australia (15+ staff).
Reporting to our Technical Director of Digital, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and leading efforts to prevent and respond to cyber threats.

What You\’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Binnies UK and Australia cyber security, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent security practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement robust security architectures for all networks, systems, and applications.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to reduce human errors and promote a security-first culture.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to enhance organizational security posture.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in cyber security and share knowledge with the team and organization.
- Prepare reports for audits and assist in external security assessments and penetration testing.
