Leap Environmental, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for a Graduate Engineer to join the team based in Crawley, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. We operate an open and relaxed management culture that nurtures continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Participating in a variety of geo-environmental projects for both external clients and for other teams within RSK
- Assisting with ground investigations and desk studies
- Soil logging to current UK standards, including laboratory scheduling
- Writing factual and interpretative reports
- Geotechnical reporting requirements beneficial
- Preparing factual site investigation data
- Travel to other offices and sites within the UK (as needed)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a 2:1 or 1st class honours degree in geology, geophysics, surveying or geosciences or are predicted one
- Clear communicator, outgoing and a team player
- Happy to be challenged by demanding site work, and the technical interpretation and reporting of site data
- Looking to work for the UK’s leading geoscience consultancy/contractor
