CJ Associates, part of the RSK Group, have an exciting opportunity for a Materials & Laboratory Technician to support the team based on site in various locations and at their base in Bridgend, UK.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Technician to undertake Soils, Concrete and Bituminous testing and sampling on site at various locations, and in the laboratory.
- Weekend working will be required from time to time.
- Contribute day to day in the effective operation of the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures.
Essential Professional/Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Insitu & Laboratory Testing Activities would be advantageous.
- The post holder will be expected to attend and pass internal and industry recognised external training courses. These may include but not be limited to, PTS, CCNSG, CSCS, CAT, First Aid and manual handling training.
- UK Driving License.
- On the job training will be provided.
