Our services include:
- Asbestos Surveys (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition)
- Production of Management plans and remediation strategies
- Reinspections and condition monitoring
- UKAS accredited Bulk ID laboratory in Coventry
- UKAS accredited Air monitoring services (Reassurances, Backgrounds and 4-Stage Clearances)
- Expert Witness
- UKATA approved Cat A and CAT B training
- Specialism of Asbestos in Soil projects
We are part of RSK Group and as such have access to a large and varied client portfolio. We also work closely with RSK Asbestos teams throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surveying properties for the presence of asbestos
- Creating survey reports including plans, photos and recommendations
- Preparing management plans of the surveyed properties
- Working predominantly in NI but some travel to ROI client sites may be required
- Contacting clients while on site or in the office to inform them of any issues that have arisen
Person Specification:
- Relevant P certs and at least 2-3 years documented experience
- Familiar with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with air testing software – Desirable but not essential
- Candidates should work well on their own initiative, under pressure and also as part of a team
- Good communication skills
