Hours: 35-hour working week
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading on drawing production with precision, consistency, and excellence
- Delivering technical guidance in your core specialism to inspire and support others
- Planning and managing project resources, flexing to meet client deadlines
- Reviewing and improving outputs from your peers to ensure top-tier quality
- Creating efficient, rationalised calculations and designs to modern standards
- Monitoring regulatory and design changes, and championing best practice across teams
What We’re Looking For: You’re a skilled and confident engineer with a background in infrastructure design, ready to take ownership of complex projects. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial
- Strong technical report-writing skills (e.g., Drainage Strategy Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, O&M Manuals)
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead without needing direction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid software and Microsoft Office proficiency
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
