Binnies UK , part of the RSK Group , is recruiting for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams within our Delivery team. Location – Redhill, UK The engineering teams deliver innovative engineering solutions for projects across the UK within our frameworks. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering solutions to meet scope, cost, and schedule requirements. The ability to travel to various offices and project sites is essential. Key responsibilities: Ensure health and safety are prioritized in design development. Plan, execute, monitor, and control engineering output for projects regarding scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, and stakeholder management. Manage change control and detailed design programs. Balance the needs of multiple projects. Provide leadership to project team engineers and oversee the technical coordination and production of multidisciplinary outputs within a digital environment. Coordinate with internal and external project team members, including procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Participate in or lead client meetings. Ensure engineering teams understand and apply relevant quality systems, design guides, standards, codes, and policies. Support continuous improvement and change management efforts. Support business development or pursuit activities as needed. Oversee performance management, mentoring, recognition, learning, and development, including corrective actions. Qualifications
