The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.
Location: Bristol or Manchester. Full-time, permanent. Reporting to the Principal Administrator, the role provides administration support to the local team of consultants and the wider Group when required.
Responsibilities
- Reception duties including taking calls/messages, greeting visitors, daily post and courier duties
- Stock orders
- QR‑ing and PDFing short‑form reports on a quick turnaround basis
- Updating and maintaining trackers relating to client sampling locations, laboratory testing, and reporting status
- Managing, filing, and organising incoming data across several shared inboxes, updating trackers accordingly
- Liaising with PMs regarding client/lab issues
Qualifications
- Previous office experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Innovative, organised, versatile with a can‑do attitude
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Driving licence required to drive vans
