Location: Coventry, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be involved with providing environmental advice regarding surface water management and environmental incidents on a wide range of projects.
  • Assisting with the production of environmental management plans including Pollution Prevention and Surface Water Management Plans for construction sites.
  • Auditing construction sites for compliance with Surface Water Management Plans.
  • Advising clients on meeting UK regulatory requirements for Surface Water Management and associated waste permits/exemptions.
  • Liaison with regulators including the Environment Agency/ National Resources Wales.
  • Response / management of environmental incidents, including fuel/oil spillage, silt discharges, and effluent discharges.
  • Advice and on-site training of clients on issues including ecology, contamination and waste management.
  • Assisting with the production of quotations/tenders for new projects.
  • Assisting with the management of clients and projects.

Person Specification:

There is a range of opportunities for individuals with between 0 and 2 years post graduate experience in the environmental sector. Full UK driving licence.
