Key Responsibilities Acting as EIA Lead for major EIA projects in the energy, (predominantly renewables), sector. Writing detailed feasibility studies, environmental reviews, and EIA documentation. Leading on the production of proposals and tenders. Working close with client and stakeholders. Providing advice on environmental matters. Client relationship management to support repeat business. Mentoring of junior staff Person Specification BSc degree level qualified in a relevant discipline and, preferably, MSc qualified in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management or related subject. Full membership of IEMA and/or Chartered Environmentalist (or working towards). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An excellent working knowledge of the EIA process including the current methods, legislation, techniques and guidance which directs the services we provide. A good knowledge of managing projects – including a detailed understanding of financial management, program management and quality control.
