Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues, provide hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining internal systems and applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of systems.
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal systems to support operational needs.
- Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates related to reporting and user support.
- Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes.

- Contribute ideas and feedback during project planning and implementation.
- Assist in technical documentation and updating of IT SOPs.
- Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives.

- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor/Management.
