The Opportunity
We’re looking for two Controls Senior Analysts to play a key role in building RS Group’s controls framework as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. These roles are ideal for ambitious, technically strong professionals who want to become deep subject-matter experts within core finance processes. You’ll work at the intersection of controls design, business change and stakeholder influence, helping shape how controls operate in a transformed future-state environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Becoming the controls subject-matter expert for a core process area (Purchase-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash)
- Designing, redesigning and embedding controls aligned to SAP S/4HANA and future-state processes
- Partnering with transformation teams and the business to influence pragmatic control solutions
- Supporting controls self-assessments, oversight activities and performance reporting
- Maintaining high-quality documentation within the controls system and ensuring data accuracy
- Acting as a change agent, supporting the business through transition and continuous improvement.
What You will Bring
- Strong technical experience in finance, audit or controls, with appetite to specialise deeply
- Ability to influence, coach and work with stakeholders at varying levels of controls knowledge
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving transformation environments
- Strong analytical skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience or exposure to SAP, transformation programmes or process redesign (advantageous)
- Ambition to grow, learn and develop within a scaling controls function
