Location: This is an office-based role, working from our London (Kings Cross) office. This role is offered on a permanent basis.
We’re looking for a welcoming and dependable Receptionist and Facilities Assistant to join our London office. In this role, you’ll provide excellent front-of-house service while keeping our facilities running smoothly.
What you will be doing:
• Greet and sign in visitors, managing access passes and security protocols.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and executive office support.
• Handle incoming/outgoing post and courier services.
• Monitor and order supplies for reception, kitchen, and stationery areas.
• Raise and track facilities jobs and office purchase requisitions.
• Support London office events, desk bookings, and maintain key manuals.
About you:
• Calm under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills.
