This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office.
The Opportunity
This role will support a busy payroll function in an end-to-end process as part of a team. Our Payroll Services team are part of our wider People Shared Services team and are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of over 3,000 employees within the UK and RoI monthly.
Our People Services team deal with all employee lifecycle activities (starters, etc.).
Key Requirements:
- Capable of manually working out gross to net pay.
- Excellent knowledge of all HMRC legislation (RTI, NLW, Holiday Pay, BIK, Working Time Regulations).
- Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
