We are seeking to expand our Customer Success team here in Melton and are interested in talking with experienced customer service professionals looking for their next adventure!
What you will be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources.
- Proactively managing customer orders in a correct and timely manner.
- Demonstrating and promoting excellent customer service through effective communications.
- Collaborating with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements.
- Completing daily routine and ensuring deadlines set are completed on time.
- Dealing with delivery disputes, raising customer returns, and handling invoice queries.
