This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working field-based, visiting customer sites/our offices, and also remotely.   • Spending a part of your time 'on the road', you will be the key point of contact for our customers covering an area encompassing Milton Keynes, Luton, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
  • These companies are incredibly varied, coming from a range of different industries and backgrounds.
  • You will be working closely with these customers, looking to identify their challenges with a view to providing them with top in class solutions, taking your portfolio to the next level.
  • You will also work to:
    • Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
    • Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
    • Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors.
    • Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records.
    • Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers.

  • Experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working to KPIs and targets.
  • You are open-minded, possessing the ability and willingness to embrace change.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
