The Opportunity:
As a National Corporate Account Manager (NCAM), you'll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value customers within the Utilities sector. Your mission? To grow RS's share of wallet year-on-year by deeply understanding your customers' challenges and aligning our solutions to help them thrive. This is a consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of customer operations, change management, and value-based selling. You'll be the face of RS to your accounts β and the voice of your customers within RS.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of national corporate accounts across the UK & Ireland.
- Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Utilities sector.
- Identify customer pain points and align RS's full suite of MRO solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across the wider RS sales organisation to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and Power BI to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Drive customer retention, revenue growth, and gross margin improvement.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to your customers and internal teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Established background experience of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience in the Utilities, or MRO is desirable.
