RS Group is looking for a Hardware Technician to join our permanent team in London. This is an entry-level opportunity designed to help you build and develop your technical skills within End User Computing. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with modern technologies, from hardware support through to collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, while supporting both on‑site and remote users.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the wider technology team and stakeholders across the local business
- Manage and maintain presentation and meeting room equipment on-site
- Prepare and configure devices and peripherals for end users
- Track, repair, and reissue returned devices
- Support both on‑site and remote hardware requirements
- Perform daily checks on presentation and AV equipment
- Follow local working practices, including legal and health & safety regulations
- Adhere to Group and Global IT policies, processes, and procedures
- Receive mentoring and training from the regional engineering team to develop your technical skills
