RS Group is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Digital Merchandising Manager to lead the performance and global growth of our own brand, RS PRO, across all digital channels and product categories.

In this role, you will drive commercial success by optimising the digital customer experience through actionable insights, data-led decision-making, and best-in-class digital merchandising practices. You\’ll play a pivotal role in aligning digital strategy with business priorities, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring RS PRO delivers value to customers and stakeholders across global markets.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across multiple functions and regions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a robust digital merchandising strategy for RS PRO across key product categories, driving improvements in digital revenue, customer engagement, and RS PRO participation in line with business targets.

¡ You\’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to use analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking to refine strategies and optimise customer journeys.

¡ Strong cross-functional collaboration will be key. You\’ll work closely with Commercial, Marketing, SEO, and Product teams to ensure digital merchandising aligns with broader business initiatives and supports category and campaign planning.

· You’ll also lead content and experience optimisation efforts, working with stakeholders and vendors to ensure that product content is high quality, optimised, and frequently refreshed to maintain competitive edge and relevance.

¡ Your leadership will extend to product launches, ensuring new RS PRO products are introduced with strong digital merchandising support, and to competitor monitoring, where you\’ll maintain awareness of visit share, promotional tactics, and experience trends to help RS stay ahead.

¡ As a team leader, you will coach and develop talent, ensuring your team understands their objectives, aligns with the overall digital strategy, and is empowered with the right tools and insights to succeed.

About YouYou’re an experienced digital merchandising professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for ecommerce, and a proven ability to influence across departments and senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience in B2B and/or B2C digital merchandising, preferably with own-brand or private-label products.
  • Strong command of tools such as Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, Google Trends, and CMS platforms.
  • Proven ability to interpret digital data, generate insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce UX, content strategy, and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with digital KPIs, performance levers, and systems that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience shaping digital product roadmaps and influencing CX/UX decisions.
  • Strong track record of delivering commercial results and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Clear customer focus with the ability to connect merchandising strategies to business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence and gravitas to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to navigate and prioritise within complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong collaborator across functions including Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, and UX teams.
