This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in the Corby (Northamptonshire) office.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to support the UK&I cost base, providing insight that helps drive operational performance and commercial returns. This role is ideal for someone who is a finalist or close to completing their professional qualification, or an experienced Management Accountant who is already qualified and looking for their next step in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑focused finance environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as the primary finance partner for the UK&I cost base, embedding yourself in daily operations
- Providing high‑quality cost analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost‑base planning activities
- Delivering clear financial reporting and commentary for operational and functional teams
- Evaluating investment decisions and commercial spend to support value creation
- Building strong relationships across stakeholders and leading cost‑focused discussions
- Driving a robust controls environment across UK&I
What You’ll Bring
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, or at finalist level and actively progressing toward completion.
- Solid management accounting experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence non‑finance colleagues
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
- Strong communication skills and the skills to operate in a dynamic, matrix environment
- Experience with SAP, OneStream or Power BI (desirable, not essential).
