RS is seeking an Organisation Design Specialist to deliver future-state organisational models aligned to global processes and the SAP S/4HANA deployment. You will translate process changes into structures, roles and governance, partnering with process owners and leaders to deliver transformation across our hybrid work locations.

You will work with Programme Leads, PMO, and business leaders to embed design into plans, identify risks, and support compelling business cases for efficiency gains.
