We have an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to join our award‑winning innovative company as a Business Development Manager. This new role will sit within our Safety Solutions business, which is experiencing a growth period.
A little about what you will be doing in this position:
- You will be liaising with senior contacts to secure new business wins.
- Identifying a portfolio of new business targets.
- Managing a regional territory and mapping effectively within that region and industry space.
- Researching target sectors and product ranges with the objective of adding new opportunities to the pipeline.
- Working seamlessly with colleagues and suppliers to best support the role.
What do I need to be successful?
- Proven track record in delivering significant new business wins, over a sustained period, ideally in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of the PPE market and product ranges.
- Experience of delivering on an ambitious target and demonstration of pipeline execution.
- Understanding and use of negotiation skills.
- Managing onboarding of new wins liaising with all relevant partners within the business to ensure a smooth transition.
- Managing a seamless transition when handing over the contracted customer to an Account Manager.
