We are looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our Asset Management business platform. The role is permanent and involves working as part of an in‑house multidisciplinary design team to deliver civil design for water and wastewater projects from scoping to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop civil design deliverables from concept to detailed design for water and wastewater projects.
- Provide technical guidance on civil engineering matters to the wider project team.
- Collaborate with delivery teams on planning and design implementation.
- Engage with clients to discuss intervention requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications
- Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of British and European design standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience as a Civil Engineer in a design office, with additional construction industry experience desirable.
- Experience within the water industry beneficial but not mandatory.
- Full UK driving licence.
