What Are We Looking For?
Due to continued growth, our Integrated Asset Delivery team is looking for a Site Administrator to join on a Fixed Term Contract at Coniston Wastewater Treatment Works, to support with on‑site administration tasks.
You’ll be required to provide administrative support with the management of projects, document control and production, as well as assist other departments all within a fast‑paced environment.
This will be for a 20 hours per week, spread over 3 days per week and we can be flexible with start and finish times.
- Key Duties
- Creating and organising work parks for project and site teams.
- Creating and keeping site files and documents.
- Carry out data entry tasks ensuring Excel is up to date with current and accurate information on completion of works.
- Completion and filing of documents, carrying out any modification work to documents as required.
- Liaising with project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as required.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence
