What Are We Looking For? Our QHSE department is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis at our office in Muir of Ord. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, gaining hands-on experience in Quality within a fast-paced environment. The role will involve auditing, quality investigations, improvements, and the implementation of quality control processes to ensure that products and services meet the company’s standards and customer expectations. Some of Your Key Duties Include: Develop and maintain control of documents and procedures to encourage best practice and raise quality awareness across all levels of the business. Promote quality achievement, performance, and continual improvement throughout the organisation. Perform required ISO:9001 audits and assist with auditing to ISO:14001 and ISO:45001. Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. Collate and analyse performance data and KPIs against defined parameters to ensure that targets are achieved. What Do You Need? Degree qualified, preferably within an Engineering or Scientific field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have flexibility to attend site visits and work from other RSE offices. Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations, and policies. Be strategic, methodical, logical, and detailed oriented. It would be advantageous for you to have knowledge and experience of quality standards and models. Full UK Driving Licence. Who Are We?
