RSE’s Design and Digital Delivery Team is looking for a BIM Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. As BIM Manager, you will oversee BIM and Digital Delivery across RSE's Treatment Solutions business, ensuring the successful delivery of BIM requirements across a varied portfolio of clients, frameworks and projects. You will lead and develop a team of BIM and Digital Delivery professionals, ensuring the consistent implementation of BIM standards, processes and best practices across the business. Working closely with engineering, design and project delivery teams, you will be responsible for implementing RSE’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) procedures in alignment with ISO 19650 standards, while supporting the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and client requirements.

Some Of Your Key Duties Include:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of BIM and Digital Delivery professionals.
- Manage BIM resources and priorities across multiple clients, projects and frameworks.
- Develop, maintain and implement BIM standards, procedures and workflows in line with ISO 19650.
- Ensure project teams meet client BIM and information management requirements.
- Lead BIM coordination activities and promote collaboration across multidisciplinary design teams.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM execution plans, templates and guidance documentation.
- Manage BIM software platforms, supporting implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Deliver BIM training and promote best practice across the business.
- Provide technical leadership on BIM compliance, information management and digital delivery matters.
What Do You Need?
- Experience in BIM Management within a design, engineering or construction environment.
- Excellent understanding of ISO 19650 and information management principles.
- Strong understanding of design and construction procedures and multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Experience using Common Data Environments (CDEs), ideally Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), alongside Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands across multiple projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
