We are looking for an Events Specialist to join RSE’s team in Cumbernauld, Scotland. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and will lead, manage, and execute RSE’s full calendar of events, ensuring all activities reflect the RSE brand and values.
RSE is a trusted clean water technology company that delivers market‑leading products and solutions for water purification, recycling, and industrial applications across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Manage all event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and post‑event reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure event strategies align with broader business objectives and brand messaging.
- Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting on event performance, including tracking ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
- Support internal communications initiatives, including announcements, project updates, and campaigns.
- Provide support in designing and refining branded presentations and marketing collateral.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Travel to various locations and events across the UK, with opportunities to support international events in the future.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Event Management.
- Proven track record in B2B event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills (PowerPoint and CRM platforms in particular).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing trade shows and conferences to a large scale.
- CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) certification or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
