What Are We Looking For?
Owing to continued success, our Inverness office is looking for an Estimating Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis, to support the Estimating team for our key client, Scottish Water. You will be involved in assisting with all administrative duties to support the wider team including transfer of key information from client specifications, completing tendering documentation and compiling relevant reports for the Estimating Manager.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Assisting the estimating team with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as required.
- Liaise with the wider Estimating team to compile relevant information for reports, ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Carry out data entry tasks ensuring Excel is up to date with current and accurate information.
- Update pricing schedules and costings to ensure relevant data is available.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holders appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence
