What Are We Looking For?
RSE Control Systems (Blackburn Starling) are looking for an experienced Electrical CAD Technician to join their existing team on a permanent basis at their office in Nottingham. As a specialist business in the manufacturing of MCCs and power control sector, youll get the opportunity to work on technically complex and challenging projects, alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Design Engineers & Technicians who have an extensive background and experience within the industry.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Work with design teams and project delivery teams to produce drawings
- Independently work and manage timescales against project programmes
- Produce plans and technical drawings for projects
- Make changes to exiting designs
- Checking the quality of information collected on site, and the successful transition to deliverables
- Any other duties as required by the business
What Do You Need?
- Qualified to HNC level would be advantageous, but not necessary
- Good knowledge in the use of AutoCAD & 3D modelling
- Keen focus on quality whilst also be able to work at pace within a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK Driving Licence
