Our Asset Management business platform is looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join the division on a permanent basis. You will work as part of our in‑house multidisciplinary design team and take on a key role in all aspects of projects from scoping and detailed design right through to implementation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and current regulatory standards.

Key Duties

  • Develop Civil design deliverables from concept to detailed design on Water and Wastewater Projects.
  • Provide technical guidance on Civil engineering matters to the wider project team.
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams on planning and implementation of project design.
  • Meet with clients to discuss specific intervention requirements to ensure compliance with needs and specifications.

What Do You Need?

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of British and European design standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Civil Engineer in a design office; additional experience within the construction environment desirable.
  • Experience within the Water industry beneficial but other backgrounds may be considered.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
