Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis in our office in Pontyclun. You will be involved in assisting with all administrative duties to support the wider teams in Pontyclun and our head office in Basingstoke. This is a varied role and you will be responsible for managing travel requirements for employees, managing documentation, processing invoices and ensuring the WES fleet is maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive and is keen to step into a role that will allow them to develop their existing knowledge and skills.
Some Of Your Key Duties Include:
- Organise travel and bookings for stakeholders across the business.
- Collect and submit data and statistical information to RSE for reporting.
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders, ensuring to resolve any queries accordingly.
- Arrange all servicing and MOTs for WES fleet to ensure they are maintained.
- Manage our fuel card portal ensuring to process relevant invoices and order new cards when required.
- Ensure all company accreditations are updated and uploaded to online platforms.
- Provide support to the relevant teams during external audits.
- Answer queries via telephone in a timely and professional manner.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
