What Are We Looking For?

Owing to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Specialist to join our team in Cumbernauld. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take responsibility of leading, managing and executing RSEs full calendar of events, including trade shows, webinars, internal events and conferences while also ensuring that wider marketing pieces reflect the RSE brand and values.

Please note that this position will require travel to various locations across the UK, and we are also happy to consider candidates looking to work part-time basis.

Some of Your Key Duties Include :

• Lead the planning and delivery of internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Manage all event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure event strategies align with broader business objectives and brand messaging.
• Take responsibility of monitoring and reporting on event performance including tracking event ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
• Support internal communications initiatives, including announcements, project updates and campaigns.
