We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to take ownership of marketing for an established and growing B2B business.
This is a commercially focused role centred around:

We're looking for someone who can turn marketing activity into real commercial opportunities and measurable growth.
The Role:
You’ll lead the overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital growth and generating new business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Digital marketing and acquisition
- AI-led demand and lead generation
- SEO and PPC
- Website and conversion
- CRM and email marketing
- Marketing automation
- Content and social media
- Campaigns
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Analytics and reporting
This is a particularly important part of the role.
We're looking for someone who understands how AI, automation and data can be used to generate demand and find new customer opportunities.
You’ll be expected to look at how AI can improve:
- Prospecting
- Customer targeting
- Content
- Marketing automation
- Conversion
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have already used AI within a commercial marketing environment and can demonstrate the results.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Senior B2B marketing experience
- Strong digital and lead-generation experience
- SEO and PPC experience
- Experience using AI in marketing
- CRM and automation experience
- Website and conversion experience
- A strong understanding of data and analytics
- Experience measuring marketing ROI
- Strong content and copywriting skills
- The ability to develop strategy and execute it
Experience in industrial, engineering, equipment rental, automotive, logistics, construction, manufacturing or warehousing would be beneficial.
