Divisional Manager – RSD Retail, Leisure & Hospitality
Location: East Kilbride, Scotland Office Based
Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to make a national impact? A well-established and fast-growing leisure brand is looking for a National Marketing Manager to drive visibility, brand consistency, and footfall across its UK-wide locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the national marketing strategy, leading integrated campaigns across digital, print, CRM, and in-centre media, while collaborating closely with operations and commercial teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and lead the national marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals.
- Lead brand management, creative direction, and content standards across all touchpoints.
- Manage digital agencies and optimise website UX, content, and conversion.
- Own and track marketing budgets, reporting ROI and performance to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, clubs, commercial partnerships, and agencies.
- Coach and support a Marketing Partner and ensure brand consistency across the organisation.
- 2+ years in a senior marketing position, ideally within the sport, leisure, or hospitality sector.
- Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, CRM, email marketing, content, and analytics.
- Proven track record in campaign delivery and budget management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Agency management experience and an eye for creative execution.
- A collaborative approach and commercial mindset.
- CIM qualification or a marketing-related degree is required.
