If you’re passionate about creating safer, healthier spaces – and love the buzz of a fast-paced, people-first environment – this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a Health & Safety professional with experience in the leisure or retail sector, managing multiple high-footfall sites. In this field-based role, you’ll be at the heart of:

🔹 Conducting audits across health, fire and food safety

🔹 Delivering training and upskilling site teams

🔹 Leading incident investigations

🔹 Driving compliance and best practice

🔹 Partnering with site teams and senior leaders to embed a strong safety culture

This role is varied, fast-paced and absolutely key to keeping both teams and customers safe every single day.

What you’ll bring:

✅ Multi-site experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail

✅ NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (minimum General Certificate)

✅ Strong knowledge of H&S and food safety legislation

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder skills

✅ A practical, solutions-focused approach – more than just ticking boxes
