Role Description
This is a remote multi-site role as a HGV Workshop Manager located in and around Eastbourne. The HGV Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop. Key tasks include managing a team of technicians, ensuring the timely and effective maintenance of vehicles, monitoring inventory, implementing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves liaising with customers and suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of service.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in HGV Maintenance & Repair or related field
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
