Hybrid based in Bedfordshire with travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conducting audits across health, fire and food safety
• Delivering training and upskilling site teams
• Leading incident investigations
• Driving compliance and best practice
• Partnering with site teams and senior leaders to embed a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• Multi-site experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (minimum General Certificate)
• Strong knowledge of H&S and food safety legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach – more than just ticking boxes
