We are partnering with a fantastic Leisure, Travel and Tourism company with growth plans who are looking for a Head of IT to be based in Warwickshire.
We are searching for a skilled and confident person to join the team, it's an exciting time to get on board with many new projects planned.
Key Responsibilities –
IT Leadership :
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in line with business goals.
- Provide leadership for IT projects, including system upgrades and integrations.
Systems Management :
- Oversee the implementation of core systems, including the CRM, finance, and sales platforms.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure (networks, servers, software, etc.) is secure, efficient, and scalable.
Project Delivery :
- Deliver IT projects on time and within budget, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing proactive solutions.
Supplier & Budget Management :
- Manage external suppliers (software providers, consultants, IT service providers).
- Control IT budgets, recommending cost-effective and innovative solutions.
IT Support and Security :
- Oversee technical support for employees, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Safeguard company data with strong cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols.
Collaboration & Reporting :
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business needs.
- Regularly report on IT performance, project progress, and strategic plans.
