Divisional Manager – RSD Retail, Leisure & Hospitality
We’re searching for an experienced, outgoing Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead a talented team across multiple dining and bar outlets within a stunning high-end hospitality venue in the heart of Bath.
The ideal candidate will come from a premium, fast-paced restaurant or hotel background. You’ll be confident managing a large team, maintaining exceptional guest standards, and driving performance across all areas of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Manage rotas, health & safety, and daily operational duties
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 25
- Maintain exceptional standards of service and presentation
- Support strategic growth and guest satisfaction goals
