We are working with a leading not-for-profit leisure operator to recruit a commercially driven Swim Development Manager to take ownership of a flagship site’s swimming program in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead one of the largest swim programs in Wales, with circa 1,900 members and a team of 50 staff, within an organisation that genuinely reinvests into its facilities, people, and community.

- Proven experience within swimming or leisure operations

- Welsh speaking (desirable)
- Experience working with or alongside Swim Wales (desirable)
- Swimming qualifications desirable but not required
