We are recruiting for a Workshop Engineer/Plant Fitter to join our client, a leader within the hire world. The successful candidate will be a workshop based engineer and be responsible for pre delivery inspections and small repairs on various plant machinery from 2t to 50t.

The Plant Fitter is responsible for performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of plant machinery. This includes diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure all equipment is fully operational and compliant with relevant safety standards. The role also involves conducting regular inspections and maintaining accurate records of all work completed. The Plant Fitter must be able to work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and within designated timelines. Additionally, adherence to Health & Safety regulations is essential, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
