We’re hiring Trade Counter Sales Assistants for our New Southgate depot! If you’ve got great customer service skills and enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role in the trade environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers at the trade counter with a friendly, professional approach
- Handle calls, process orders, returns, and special item requests
- Keep the counter clean, stocked, and merchandised
- Perform stock checks and update promotional displays
- Follow health & safety procedures and support your team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a trade counter/builders merchant role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and a team player mindset
- Basic IT skills
Shifts & Pay
- 6:00am–3:00pm or 8:15am–5:15pm
- Every other Saturday
- Some bank holiday work required
- Double pay on bank holidays
- Monthly bonuses available
- 30 days holiday
