We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy and high-performing automotive dealership. This is a key leadership role within the aftersales department, responsible for managing the parts operation, driving performance, and delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (between 07:30-18:00) 1 in 4 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the parts team
- Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations
- Experience with dealership management systems (Kerridge experience highly desirable)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
