An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and parts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent support to customers and the workshop team.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:30 - 18:00
  • Alternative option of a permanent late shift: 12:00 - 20:30

The Role

  • Supplying parts to workshop technicians and external customers
  • Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately
  • Managing stock levels and ordering parts as required
  • Processing customer enquiries and parts orders
  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory systems
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant, or Automotive Parts experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience preferred
