We are currently recruiting experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading highways and infrastructure business based in Watford.
The Role
- Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment
- Working with cones, signs, barriers, and traffic lights
- Maintaining temporary traffic lights and traffic flow systems
- Supporting roadworks and highways projects safely and efficiently
- Mentoring junior operatives and trainees where required
Requirements
- M1/M2 Qualification or above Essential
- Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and occasional working away
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
