We are currently recruiting experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading highways and infrastructure business based in Watford.

The Role

  • Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment
  • Working with cones, signs, barriers, and traffic lights
  • Maintaining temporary traffic lights and traffic flow systems
  • Supporting roadworks and highways projects safely and efficiently
  • Mentoring junior operatives and trainees where required

Requirements

  • M1/M2 Qualification or above Essential
  • Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations
  • Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
  • Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and occasional working away
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
