Pay: Competitive Salary + Company Van / Car Allowance

Contract: Full Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday

Applicants must have previous Traffic Management experience involving both 12A and 12B works.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Management Supervisor to join a leading highways and infrastructure operation based in Thatcham.

The Role

  • Supervising daily depot and operational traffic management activities
  • Supporting the Depot Operations Manager with resource planning and coordination
  • Overseeing 12A traffic management installations and ensuring compliance
  • Producing risk assessments, method statements, and TM layouts
  • Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings, and operational updates
  • Conducting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Managing fleet, plant, labour, and operational documentation

Requirements

  • Previous Traffic Management experience involving both 12A and 12B works - Essential
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience
  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Desirable Qualifications

  • TSCO Qualification
  • 12C Supervisor Qualification
  • 12D RLTMO Qualification
  • Experience using TM CAD software
