We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Management Supervisor to join a leading highways and infrastructure operation based in Thatcham.
The Role
- Supervising daily depot and operational traffic management activities
- Supporting the Depot Operations Manager with resource planning and coordination
- Overseeing 12A traffic management installations and ensuring compliance
- Producing risk assessments, method statements, and TM layouts
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings, and operational updates
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Managing fleet, plant, labour, and operational documentation
Requirements
- Previous Traffic Management experience involving both 12A and 12B works - Essential
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Desirable Qualifications
- TSCO Qualification
- 12C Supervisor Qualification
- 12D RLTMO Qualification
- Experience using TM CAD software
