Were looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Assistant Manager to join a dynamic team across multiple branches in the Weston and Shepton areas. This roaming role involves supporting day-to-day branch operations, assisting delivery staff, supervising teams, and ensuring parts are supplied efficiently. Youll also help cover absences across the group and share best practices between branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front and back counter parts sales, assisting customers with technical parts knowledge
- Ordering, receiving, and checking stock; managing re-orders and stock control
- Supporting service exchange and warranty returns
- Training and supervising staff, enforcing business policies, and problem solving
- Assisting with deliveries, collections, and customer visits
- Supporting operational decisions and maintaining Health & Safety standards
