An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and parts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent support to customers and the workshop team.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 09:30 - 18:00
- Alternative option of a permanent late shift: 12:00 - 20:30
The Role
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians and external customers
- Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately
- Managing stock levels and ordering parts as required
- Processing customer enquiries and parts orders
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory systems
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant, or Automotive Parts experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience preferred
