Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 + bonus up to £4,000
Hours: 44.5 hrs/week (rotating shifts) + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Manage job cards, service documentation, and invoicing
- Book, schedule, and prioritise workshop work
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
- Obtain authorisations and process approvals
- Control WIP and ensure accurate costing/invoicing
- Upsell additional repairs and services where appropriate
- Liaise with technicians, parts, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate service history and records
- Ensure reception and customer areas are well presented
